- Pre-verify your Section 88 status — email your IRD letter or equivalent registration to management@easysolutionhk.com. We file a copy and your future bookings auto-apply the 10% discount.
- Net-30 invoice terms on request (default is net-7) — useful when your finance committee meets monthly to approve payments.
- One consolidated invoice for multi-session bundles — book 4+ sessions, pay one invoice covering the whole series.
- Cheque accepted — uncommon, but some traditional NGOs prefer this over FPS.
- Venue-confirmation letter for AGM notices, grant applications, member communications — issued on letterhead, no charge.
- Late-night cancellation grace — typhoon T8, Black Rainstorm or MTR Tsuen Wan Line suspension reschedules are always free.

Do I qualify for the NGO discount?
Yes if your organisation is a Section 88 IRD-recognised charity in Hong Kong. We also extend the 10% rate to social enterprises, community-recognised civil society groups (Caritas, JCI, Lions, Rotary, Toastmasters chapters) and registered religious bodies. Email a copy of your IRD Section 88 letter or equivalent registration to management@easysolutionhk.com to pre-verify.
How does the discount stack?
NGO 10% off + last-minute up to 30% off = up to 37% combined off the base rate (compounded). Multi-session bundle of 4+ sessions adds another 20% off the bundle total. Effective rates: 2-hour block from HK$630 (NGO standard), HK$441 (NGO + same-day), or HK$504 (NGO bundle, per 2-hour slot).
What invoicing options do you support?
Net-7 terms by default, extended to net-30 for NGOs on request. Invoice issued in HKD with your charity name + IRD Section 88 number prominently displayed. Payable by FPS, bank transfer or cheque. Compatible with Xero, QuickBooks and most NGO accounting systems.
Can we book the same room for our monthly committee meeting?
Yes — recurring bookings (same date each month, e.g. third Tuesday 19:00–21:00) are encouraged. We block the slot for 12 months on request, send one consolidated invoice (or one per month, your choice), and waive the rebooking handling fee. Many HK NGOs use this to lock in their AGM rehearsal date a year out.
Is the venue accessible for elderly attendees?
Yes. Lift access from MTR-level to 5/F, no step at the room doorway, single-level interior, accessible bathroom on the same floor. Our chairs have backs and arm-rests. We can rearrange for wider walkway if walking-aid users will attend — please mention at booking.
Can we host an AGM here?
Yes. Boardroom layout (12 seats around one long table) for the formal AGM business; theatre layout (25 seats) if your AGM has guest speakers or member observers. The room is private (no glass walls), the door locks from inside, and we can issue a venue-confirmation letter for AGM notices going to your members.
