- Weekly chapter night — recurring booking, same time each week, room held for 12 months. Most chapters do Tuesday or Thursday 19:00–21:00.
- Speech Marathon — full-day rate (HK$2,600 − 10% chapter = HK$2,340) covers a 6–8 hour marathon. We unlock 30 minutes early for setup.
- Pathways educational workshops — half-day rate (HK$1,400 − 10% = HK$1,260) for project-stage workshops with guest mentors.
- Inter-chapter contests — theatre layout (25 seats) for International Speech Contest, Humorous Speech, Evaluation Contest. Guests sit at the back, contestants in the front rows.
- Open House / recruitment night — U-shape with extra theatre rows behind. Guests can drop in without disrupting the regular flow.
- Officer training (TLI) — full day with breakouts. Move to classroom layout in the afternoon for hands-on practice.

Can the room hold a Toastmasters chapter night?
Yes — 16-seat U-shape is ideal, expandable to 25 theatre for contests or open-house nights. Lectern + cordless mic + wall display all included. We've hosted multiple HK chapters here.
Do you have a lectern?
Yes — wood-grain freestanding lectern (height 110 cm) with a small ledge for the speaker's notes and a clip for the timer card. Stored in the cabinet between bookings; we put it in place before your chapter night starts.
Can I leave my chapter banner overnight?
Yes. Rent a dedicated lockable cabinet (60 × 60 × 180 cm) for HK$200/month per chapter — fits a roll-up banner, club bell, gavel, table-topics jar, badge box, and 30+ printed agendas. You hold the only key.
Do you have timer lights?
We don't supply standard Toastmasters traffic-light timer boxes — most chapters bring their own. We do provide a discreet table-mounted timer-card holder for green/yellow/red cards, and the Wi-Fi handles online timer apps without lag.
What discount applies to chapter bookings?
10% off every booking when you confirm chapter affiliation (we keep your chapter name on file). Multi-session bundle: 4+ recurring chapter nights = additional 20% off bundle total. Last-minute discount up to 30% off when slots are filled close to the date.
Can the room handle a Speech Marathon or full-day workshop?
Yes — we've hosted chapter educational workshops up to 8 hours (full-day rate HK$2,600). Can run hybrid for chapters with overseas guest speakers — see our hybrid Zoom page.
